Born and raised in Austria, Ulli grew up eating simple, seasonal, local ingredients and enjoyed a rich oilseed culture. Now living in the U.S., she would like to cultivate those same oilseed traditions here and give her two daughters a childhood immersed in nature and filled with delicious, healthy food.
Her organic oils and proteins are the realization of this dream.
