An Austrian Tradition
After coming to America from Austria in 2011, I wanted to bring the flavors and traditions of my home country with me. Following Austrian tradition, I was inspired to create a sustainable oil-seed culture, connecting local farms in upstate New York to local markets. My organic cold-pressed oils and proteins are the realization of this dream and the fulfillment of values shared by my family, our Austrian culture, our local farmers, and now… you!

It's been such a treat to discover Pumpkin Seed Oil in America. Having grown up with, it's one of those items I have always missed while living in NYC. Thanks for putting these great products out into the world. :)
My wife has several autoimmune disorders and she had a struggle with getting an oil to where she doesn't get an allergic reaction. She's tried your pumpkin seed oil and her body/health has taken extraordinarily well with!! She wanted me to ask you if you will always have it in stock because now, she doesn't know what to do without it.

I recently ordered my first bottle of Ulli's organic pumpkin seed oil made from organic pumpkin seeds grown in the USA. I am happy to report this is an excellent product. Extremely fresh and it adds a great new flavor to my recipes, I just tried it on my sauteed cauliflower dish, what a delight and a healthy added ingredient. In addition the owner of this company was so kind and helpful in every way. It's been a great experience purchasing from Ulli's oil mill. I will look forward to trying her other oils in the future. Ulli's deserves a much higher rating then five stars.
I am so thankful to have tried Ulli's pumpkin oil. It's delicious! I went through a small bottle in just a few weeks as I found myself experimenting and adding it to nearly every meal of the day (eggs, salads, and just about any veggie). The most surprising and delicious use was on top of some coconut vanilla bean ice cream.
