An Austrian Tradition
After coming to America from Austria in 2011, I wanted to bring the flavors and traditions of my home country with me. Following Austrian tradition, I was inspired to create a sustainable oil-seed culture, connecting local farms in upstate New York to local markets. My organic cold-pressed oils and proteins are the realization of this dream and the fulfillment of values shared by my family, our Austrian culture, our local farmers, and now… you!

What a versatile oil!! I know it from Scandinavia where it is used like your olive oil. It has a buttery, nutty taste. I brush it on my local fish before I put it in the oven, add salt and pepper and have an outstanding fish dish! Also, as I developed lactose intolerance I use Ulli's raps oil in my cream soups and mashed potatoes. It really elevates the dishes! It is also a must for my steamed vegetables to drizzle it on top. Even over my sorbets it is delicious!
What's great about this oil, it has a high smoke point, so it won't burn when heated to high temperatures, COLD PRESSED with nutritional benefits, it's high in Vitamin E, an excellent source of Omega-6 fatty acids, made from ORGANIC agriculture right here in the United States, and sold by a company with integrity.
