Quinoa Butternut Mangold Salad
Ulli's Quinoa Butternut Squash Mangold Salad Recipe with our organic, cold-pressed rapeseed oil!
Ingredients
28 oz Butternut Squash
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Ulli's Organic Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil
1 1/2 Cups Quinoa
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
A Handful of Mangold
Filets of 1 Clementine
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Ulli's Organic Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil
1 1/2 Cups Quinoa
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
A Handful of Mangold
Filets of 1 Clementine
Instructions
- Cut and roast the Butternut Squash as desired with Olive Oil.
- Cook the Quinoa as stated at the package.
- Mix the Butternut Squash, Clementine, and Mangold with the Lemon juice and Raps Seed Oil.
- Place Quinoa on a plate and place the Squash mixture on top of it.
